Certain pieces, particularly items in our Rare Collection, may be one-of-a-kind or available in extremely limited quantities. Once a unique piece has been sold, it may not be reproduced.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order when necessary.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Payment issues

• Shipping restrictions

• Errors in product information

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is shipped or custom work begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the details of their custom order before production begins.

Once production has begun, custom or personalized orders generally cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded except in cases covered by our Refund Policy or Lifetime Inlay Warranty.

Silver Mountain Inlay reserves the right to decline a custom request at our discretion.

7. Rare & One-of-a-Kind Collection

Products in our Rare Collection may be unique, one-of-a-kind, or produced in extremely limited quantities.

Descriptions, photographs, documentation, and certificates of authenticity, when provided, are intended to document the individual piece.

Due to the unique nature of these products, Rare Collection and one-of-a-kind pieces may be designated as final sale. Please review the individual product listing and our Refund Policy before purchasing.

8. Lifetime Inlay Warranty

Silver Mountain Inlay stands behind the craftsmanship of its inlay work.

Our Lifetime Inlay Warranty covers the original inlay workmanship and applies when an inlay becomes loose or falls out due to a failure of the original inlay work.

The warranty does not cover the entire knife and does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, modification, improper maintenance, sharpening, disassembly, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims are subject to inspection by Silver Mountain Inlay.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

Silver Mountain Inlay is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, government actions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that certain products—including custom, personalized, Rare Collection, one-of-a-kind, and final-sale items—may not be eligible for return.
